SHIPPING

Your order will be delivered within a period of 3 to 7 days for European destinations, and up to 10 days for the rest of the world.

For Belgium and The Netherlands, we offer free shipping for orders above 75€

RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange the goods within a period of 14 days starting from the date of receipt.

The goods must be unworn and undamaged. The goods must be returned to us in the original packaging with all labels attached. If this is not the case, the exchange or return will be refused.

RETURN POLICY

Please send us an email on info@cotolini.be within 14 days of receipt of your order to inform us of your return. In this mail, you should mention your order number, name and the reason of your return.

After approval/confirmation from our side by email, you can send the goods you wish to return within 5 days after the notification of your return to:

After reception of the goods, we wil proceed to the refund if the goods arrive in good condition, (normally this should happen within 15 days after we received the goods). Shipping costs for returns of exchanges will not be refunded.

Orders that are returned to us without prior notice will be refused and will not be refunded. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.
